• A free design concept is included with your custom order request.
• Revisions are welcome during the design process. Additional revisions beyond what is reasonable may incur a design fee.
• Final artwork will not be released as a digital file unless purchased separately.
• Quotes are valid for 30 days.
• Production begins only after the design is approved and payment has been received.
• Large or specialty orders may require a deposit before production.
• Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all artwork, including spelling, colors, sizing, placement, and design details before approving production.
• Once artwork is approved, Side Street Clothing is not responsible for errors that were present in the approved proof.
• Standard production begins after artwork approval and payment.
• Production times vary depending on order size, garment availability, and current workload.
• Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.
• Garment styles, colors, and sizes are subject to supplier availability.
• If an item becomes unavailable, we will contact you with comparable replacement options.
• Because every custom item is made specifically for you, all custom orders are final.
• Custom printed apparel cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or printing error caused by Side Street Clothing.
• Orders may be canceled before production begins.
• Once production has started, cancellations are not permitted.
• By submitting artwork, logos, photographs, or other materials, you confirm that you own the rights to use them or have permission from the copyright owner.
• Side Street Clothing is not responsible for copyright or trademark infringement resulting from customer-supplied artwork.
• Unless otherwise requested, Side Street Clothing may photograph completed custom orders for use on our website and social media as examples of our work.
We take pride in producing high-quality custom apparel using professional printing methods and premium materials. If you experience a problem with your order due to a manufacturing defect or printing error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we'll work with you to make it right.

Once your artwork has been approved and production has begun, orders cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Please review your proof carefully before giving final approval. This includes checking spelling, colors, sizing, garment style, placement, and all design details.
If your order arrives with a printing defect, manufacturing defect, or an error made by Side Street Clothing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will inspect the issue and, if the error is determined to be ours, we will repair, replace, or reprint the affected item at no additional cost.
